The staff were extremely friendly and took care of us. Our double room was bright, with a comfortable bed. the breakfast included a wide range of meals. the location was amazing and favorable. Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The venue was set in the very central position really close to San Miguel de Allende as well as in walking distance of the main sights. I really enjoyed having 3 single beds in the room, that was reasonably spacious too. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Great location close to the downtown area in a lovely neighborhood. You can also enjoy being just a mile away from a large public park 🌳. Additionally, breakfast is served in a charming patio setting!.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it uncomfortable during the hot summer days. The fans provided were not sufficient to cool down the room, and opening the windows allowed mosquitos to enter.

The breakfast spread was fantastic. The room was bright and clean. The location in San Miguel de Allende is magnificent, close to all the main attractions, galleries, shops, and restaurants.

I loved that breakfast was included. Getting a complimentary upgrade to a king room was a really nice gesture. The hotel's location right next to San Miguel de Allende and galleries was perfect. The Protective Town of San Miguel district was definitely worth visiting.
